Cost-Effective Talent Solution
AIESEC is an accredited J-1 sponsor through the U.S. Department of State. We provide all documentation and processing for the visa while covering health insurance for all interns.
Candidate Screening
Our talent sourcing process is based on your defined selection criteria. We provide your company with a shortlist of the top four to six candidates.
Reception Services
We prepare interns for arrival and assist them in obtaining housing. We aid them through the process of cultural immersion and understanding their new environment.

Flexible Timeline
Internships can start at any point during the year for a duration of three to 18 months.
